The materials used and displayed on the Service, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations and artwork, video, music and sound, and names, logos, trademarks and service marks, are the property of MAI or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of MAI.

Links. MAI does not review or monitor any Web sites that link to, or are linked from (including any advertisements that may appear on the Service), the Service and are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content of any such linked Web sites. Your linking to such Web sites is at your own risk.

Your use of the Service and the Sites is at your own risk. NEITHER MAI, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR OR ANY THIRD PARTY’S ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE AND THE INFORMATION AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST MAI OR ITS AFFILIATES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Miscellaneous Legal Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MAI and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and MAI. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. The Terms and the relationship between you and MAI shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  The failure of MAI to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Changes. MAI reserves the right to change the Terms from time to time. The changes will be posted on the MAI Web site at http://www.massiveabundanceinc.com. We encourage you to review the Terms from time to time to make yourself aware of any changes. By continuing to use the Service, you agree in advance to accept these occasional changes to the Terms.
